The Bridge of Light

The Bridge of Light

The Bridge of Light

In a distant land where the sky touched the mountains and the rivers sang secrets of old, there was a sacred bridge made of shimmering light. It was said that those who crossed it would find clarity, wisdom, and a deep connection to their true purpose.

Many travelers had tried, but few could complete the journey. Some grew lost in their thoughts, others distracted by the mist that veiled the bridge’s end. Yet, those who succeeded returned with a light in their eyes—a knowing that could not be explained, only felt.

One winter morning, a young woman named Serin stood at the foot of the bridge. She had always been a seeker, longing for answers that the world around her could not provide. As she placed her foot onto the glowing path, the bridge responded, pulsing beneath her feet.

At first, Serin walked confidently, trusting the brilliance that surrounded her. But soon, shadows rose from the mist—doubts, fears, whispers of failure. The bridge seemed endless, and she felt her strength fading.

Just as she considered turning back, a voice within spoke softly: "Trust. The bridge is not here to show you the way; it is here to reveal the strength already within you."

Serin closed her eyes and breathed deeply. She had been searching for external guidance, but now she realized that the light came from her own presence, her own wisdom. She pressed forward, step by step, feeling the bridge transform beneath her. Each step carried her higher—not outward, but inward.

When she finally reached the other side, she looked back and saw that the bridge had never been an external force, but a reflection of her own journey—an alignment of trust and insight.

Reflection:
February calls us to walk our own bridge of light, balancing the vast wisdom within with the trust needed to take each step. This month invites transformation through patience and faith, reminding us that clarity is not always found outside, but through deep inner listening.
