- Use cooling breath: If you’re feeling hot or overwhelmed, try Sitali Pranayama (cooling breath). Inhale through a curled tongue and exhale through your nose or do the panting dog breath, open your mouth, stick out your tongue and breath heavily through your open mouth. This will cool your body and calm your mind.
