The month of June is a time for clarifying our intent and focus towards a higher
direction. We need to create an internal and external structure that will contain and nurture our newfound sense of purpose. The question to ask yourself is, “What do I really want, and what is it going to take to get there?” Once you have established this, the rest will flow like the snow melt of a great mountain, fueling the vitality of your dream.
The number 6 of June represents the themes of vision, purity of heart, the immune system, love and integrity, community and self-respect. This is a “game on” time for reconnecting with family, love, and community. No amount of vitamins in the world can replace the overall boost gained from the love and camaraderie experienced in spiritual communion with others. Wherever you’re thinking of going, get yourself there.
The Heart number for June is an 11 (Heart is month of 6 + Gift of 5 = 11), and number 11 is the highest octave number in the science of Numerology. It’s the number of the Lighthouse, as it emanates light and brings a clarity to the Soul’s journey. It also represents the sound current of Infinity, and contains the frequency of all the prayers and mantras of humanity. One of the most powerful things you can do at this time is to gather with others who are singing your tune, and chant, meditate, and pray for elevation. The overall number for 2023 is a 7, and number 7 represents the elevation of body, mind, and Soul.
Looking further into the overall number for 2023, number 7 embodies the themes of personal strategy and trust. These are times when it can be difficult to trust anything, with all of the conflict and difference of opinion over nearly everything. Unless you have a way, a system, with which to self-correct and reset, you can feel like a ship lost at sea. Interestingly, the number 7 is the Water Element, and the push and pull of watery emotions is getting the better of almost everyone these days.
We need to set this right, and two of the best ways are through sound and the voice, which are both in the domain of the number 7. When we combine the themes of the numbers 6 and 7, our best bet is to chant something that brings clarity, protection, and elevation to our psyche. You can’t go wrong with the “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo” mantra. There are many recordings of this mantra that you can find on Youtube, and I am providing a link to an exceptionally gorgeous rendition. Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f3WrEPJsF8A Take 11 minutes a day to sing along, letting yourself feel the love, grace, and blessings that the light of Infinity would like to share with you.
We need this light right now, as the month of June has one little tricky turn to navigate, and we want to land on the right side of our dignity and self-respect. The number 13 appears in the Base calculation for June (Base is month of 6 + year of 7 = 13), and 13 is the number of the double-edged sword. It has an extreme positive side, as well as an extreme negative side. In the positive it represents the “Power of the Word,” and the ability to bless ourselves and others through the spoken word. This has changed many a Fate Line to a Destiny Line, because someone showed up and cared enough to speak
a blessing over you. No one makes it on their own.
Having said that, in the negative polarity number 13 represents deception and betrayal. This can also include self-betrayal, which in a way, can be the worst kind. There is a saying, “When someone shows you who they really are, believe it the first time.” How many times have any of us thought, “Oh no, that can’t be true, I think they’re really honest and kind because that’s what I need from them.” And then splat--- bug on the windshield moment--- again.
It is time to break this self-delusional pattern, and believe me, you will be tested in June.
This is not to punish you in any way, it is simply to clarify and consolidate your self-identity. Once you have that sorted out, you’re going to be up for a whole new energy upgrade that attracts the right people and opportunities. As The Who say in the 1971 rock n’ roll classic, we “Won’t Get Fooled Again.”
Let’s revisit the number 6, and look for more ways to elevate and enliven ourselves. Six represents the immune system, and our ability to fend off harmful bacteria. A yogic staple is the onion, garlic, and ginger combo, which is most often used in cooking.
When sauteing up this dynamic trio you can look forward to adding it to rice, vegetables, or beans. You are then infusing a powerhouse of health and vitality into your diet.
Number 6 is the Arc Line, which is the protective bandwidth of light that arcs across the forehead. A strong Arc Line allows you to read the field correctly, know friend from foe, and maneuver with grace and elegance through the environments.
With a strong Arc Line you are focused, precise, and protected. For an added
dimension of protection many people chant the “Ad Guray Nameh” mantra before starting the engine in their car. It goes like this: “Ad Guray Nameh, Jugad Guray Nameh, Sat Guray Nameh, Siri Guru Devay Nameh.” Chanting this mantra once before driving changes the longitude and latitude from where you would have been, to a more protected space. A worthwhile investment of energy for your safety.
June is a good time to have a family meeting, and ask the question, “Do things see fair and balanced in the household?” This can go a long way to staving off problems next month, when the energy on the planet is less stable.
Sneak Preview: The Water Element will have a “wild card” type of behavior in July, so steer clear of Class 4 rapids and any other kind of risky business. Be careful of the fluids you are drinking while traveling, and avoid any beverages of a speculative nature, like a street vendor offering a mango lassi that seems to be bubbling up a bit too much at the top. You get the idea.
We always love our healing tips and pointers, so looking to nature and the realm of flower essences, here are a few. The Bach Flower essence “Chestnut Bud” is said to help alleviate the pattern of repeating the same mistakes. It works to establish clarity, self-confidence, and awareness. The essence “Clematis” is said to bring focus and a sense of purpose to one’s life.
It alleviates that lost or foggy feeling we can sometimes slip into. Both are good
medicine for the month of June.
There is a sophistication and grace to the number 6, as it embodies the very best of our thoughts, prayers, and projective psyche. Visioning your life now as a creative, joyful, and emotionally fulfilled human being is a strong power point for change and evolution.
It all begins somewhere, and that somewhere is You in your divine essence, moving forward as a beacon of light. May your very own personal Angel of kindness connect you to your place, your purpose, and your people this Summer Solstice season. See you on the mountaintop!
