Have you ever wondered how much of what you carry is actually yours?

Sometimes we hold tension from yesterday, experiences from years ago or patterns that have been repeated in our families for generations.

We may not even consciously think about them anymore, yet somewhere inside the message continues:

That’s not possible for you.

You’re not good enough.

We don’t do that.

Today’s energy says: enough.

With the double 10, there is a beautiful invitation to remember your own light instead of allowing old stories to determine what is possible for you.

The 7 helps you step back and become aware of what is happening inside. The 8 gives you the energy to move through it, while the 9 in the Path position asks:

What are you ready to leave behind?

You don't have to fight the past or become resentful toward it. You can be grateful for what brought you here without continuing to carry it.

Instead of asking, “Why can't I?”, ask:

“What is possible for me now?”

Then give that your attention.

If you notice tension in your body today, move it. Shake your hands and arms, allow the movement to travel through your body and breathe consciously.

Sometimes the body needs to release what the mind has been trying to understand.

You don't have to solve your entire past today.

Just notice what feels heavy and give yourself permission to put something down.

There is so much more energy available when you stop feeding what you cannot change and begin focusing on what you can create.
