August 20 Akara Numerology Forecast | Build Your Foundation

August 20 Akara Numerology Forecast | Build Your Foundation

Today invites you to look at what keeps you stable, grounded and connected to yourself — and to create the rhythms that allow your energy to flow.

🌿 Today’s Forecast

Today you want to focus on the plan.

Not only what you are doing right now, but also:

What are you building?

What are you creating from your thoughts?

From your experiences?

From all the hard work you've already been doing?

And what gives you stability?

Sometimes we may not feel very stable.

Life can be moving quickly.

There can be a lot happening around us.

But there are things we can do that bring us back to ourselves.

One of the most important things is rhythm.

Everything has a rhythm.

You have a rhythm.

Nature has a rhythm.

And when we listen to that rhythm and follow it as much as we can, something begins to settle within us.

🌱 Create Your Anchor Points

Think about the things you do regularly that bring you back to yourself.

Perhaps it is meditation.

Perhaps it is yoga.

Perhaps it is walking in nature.

Perhaps it is prayer.

Perhaps it is spending time with people you love.

Perhaps it is simply taking a few conscious breaths.

These become your anchor points.

Moments you can return to.

Again and again.

Because life will move.

Things will happen.

We will be challenged.

We will be excited.

We will experience joy.

We will experience uncertainty.

But when you have something that brings you back to yourself, you have a place from which you can meet whatever comes next.

For me, our regular Kirtan Kriya practice is one of those anchor points.

The Sa, Ta, Na, Ma.

The rhythm.

The sound.

The breath.

The movement.

The music.

They create a container through which the day can flow.

And you come back.

Come back.

Come back to yourself.

🧘 Your Foundation Matters

Before you can build something strong, you need a strong foundation.

Think about a house.

You can make the most beautiful house in the world, but if the foundation isn't stable, eventually the structure will be affected.

The same is true for us.

From a stable foundation, you can plan.

You can create.

You can build.

You can take risks.

You can grow.

But first, you need to know:

What keeps me grounded?

What do I need every day to keep myself stable?

What helps me stay connected to the earth?

What helps me remain happy, healthy, holy and joyful?

And what helps me contain my energy rather than allowing it to scatter in every direction?

These are beautiful questions to sit with today.

🌿 Come Back to Yourself

You don't necessarily need to add something new.

Maybe you simply need to return to something you already know works for you.

Perhaps you've stopped doing something that used to support you.

Perhaps your rhythm has become inconsistent.

Perhaps you've been giving your energy to so many different things that you have forgotten what brings you back to your centre.

Today is an invitation to remember.

Find your rhythm.

Find your anchor points.

And set them.

Because when you have that stability within yourself, you have a much stronger place from which to move into the world.

🔥 A NEW 40-DAY JOURNEY IS BEGINNING

Tomorrow, August 21, we begin:

40 Days of Inner Calibre — The Panj Graani Journey

For 40 days, we will practise Panj Graani Kriya immediately after our daily Kirtan Kriya, exploring what happens when we learn to stay present within intensity rather than automatically believing everything the mind tells us.

The journey runs from August 21 through September 29.

Our morning practice begins at 8:00 am CET with Kirtan Kriya, and Panj Graani begins at approximately 8:20 am.

The practice is recorded, so if you cannot join live, you can watch the recording and practise at another time.

The journey includes:

✨ 40 days of daily Panj Graani practice

✨ A Personal Leadership Report

✨ 2 transformational workshops

✨ A special bonus Yogi Bhajan Birthday Chanting & Kriya session

The Panj Graani practice itself is limited to 11 minutes maximum.

This isn't about proving how disciplined we are.

It's about showing up.

Observing.

Breathing.

Holding ourselves.

And discovering what becomes possible when we stop letting the mind define our capacity.

Know Yourself.

Hold Yourself.

Lead Yourself.

🌿 Your August Practice — Pavan Guru

Because we are now moving from weekly practices to monthly guidance, our August practice remains the same throughout the month.

Pavan Guru

Pavan Guru, Pavan Guru, Pavan Guru.

We practise Pavan Guru each morning after our Daily Kirtan Kriya.

The teaching of August is not about constantly adding another practice.

It is about creating a rhythm and staying with it.

Your Daily Kirtan Kriya gives you an anchor. Pavan Guru follows it, allowing the breath and mantra to become part of your daily rhythm.

Your August Pranayama

Continue working with your environment.

If you live somewhere hot:

3 minutes of Sitali Pranayama

If you live somewhere cold:

3 minutes of Breath of Fire

Gradually build your practice throughout August, working towards 31 minutes by the end of the month.

Don't make the number the goal.

Let consistency build your capacity.

🌟 Carry This With You

You don't need to constantly add something new.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is return to what already supports you.

Find your rhythm.

Find your anchor points.

Return to yourself.

And from that stability, you can plan, create, build and grow.

The stronger your foundation, the more freely your energy can move.
