Trust Your Intuition and Be Safe
Have you ever had a feeling that something wasn't quite right, but then immediately started talking yourself out of it?
Maybe there was no logical reason for it. Nothing you could point to and say, This is why.
Still, something inside you was asking you to pay attention.
Today, listen.
Your intuition doesn't always arrive as a loud voice telling you exactly what to do. Sometimes it is simply a feeling in your body: a hesitation, a sense of expansion when something feels right, or contraction when something doesn't.
You don't have to understand it immediately.
And you don't have to push yourself forward just because your mind says you should.
Give yourself time and space.
Breathe deeply and notice what happens in your body when you consider your options.
At the same time, trusting your intuition doesn't mean ignoring practical reality.
You can be intuitive and be safe.
If something doesn't feel right, you are allowed to slow down, ask another question, gather more information or simply wait.
There is also wisdom in recognizing that the answer doesn't always have to be no. It may be not yet, not like this or I need more information first.
Don't add pressure when something feels blocked.
Create space instead.
Breathe. Listen. Trust yourself.
