It is Summer Solstice.
And here in the Netherlands, it is also Father’s Day.
That creates a deeply meaningful energetic combination.
Today may bring light…
But before the light fully enters, old pain may rise to the surface.
You may notice insecurity.
Old memories.
Old words.
Perhaps even words your father once said to you…
Words that made you feel small.
Unseen.
Not good enough.
And today’s energy gently asks:
What are you still carrying that was never meant to define you?
Because words carry enormous power.
Especially the words spoken by parents.
What we hear as children often becomes the voice we later hear inside ourselves.
That is why awareness matters.
And healing matters.
Whether you are a father…
A mother…
A child…
Or simply someone walking this human journey—
Remember:
Your words matter.
Words can wound.
But words can also heal.
They can uplift.
Encourage.
Strengthen.
Help someone remember their light.
So today, choose words that bring joy.
Choose words that nourish.
Choose words that reflect the light in others.
