Sunday, July 12 — Choose Joy

The stories you've believed about yourself are not necessarily the truth. Today invites you to rewrite them with love, gratitude, and courage.

If you had the opportunity to rewrite the story of your life, would you?

Not the events themselves, but the meaning you've given them.

So many of the beliefs we carry weren't created by us. They were passed on through well-meaning parents, teachers, friends, or experiences that shaped us when we were too young to question them.

"You'll never be good enough."

"You have to work hard to deserve love."

"Don't stand out."

"Be careful."

But whose voice is that?

And more importantly...

Is it true?

Today's energy invites you to become curious about the stories you've been carrying. Instead of accepting every thought as truth, pause and ask yourself, Why do I believe this? Keep asking why until you reach the root. You may discover that what has been limiting you for years isn't your truth at all—it was simply a belief you inherited.

The beautiful thing is that once you become aware of a story, you are no longer trapped by it.

You can choose again.

One of my favourite insights from today's reflection is to see life as a divine play.

Life happens.

It always will.

Some scenes are joyful.

Others are painful.

Some are filled with laughter.

Others with tears.

But within every chapter, you still have the freedom to decide which character you want to be.

Do you become the victim of every circumstance?

Or the conscious creator who learns, grows, and keeps choosing love?

That choice is yours.

This week's supportive energy has gently helped us release what has become too heavy to carry. Today is a beautiful moment to leave those burdens behind. They may have protected you once, but they don't need to define the next chapter of your life.

The overall energy of the week reminds us that your greatest wisdom doesn't come from holding on—it comes from seeing with new eyes.

As you let go of old labels and limiting beliefs, something beautiful begins to emerge.

Joy.

Not because life suddenly becomes perfect.

But because you stop resisting the life that is already unfolding.

Your joy is not something you have to earn.

It is already within you.

It grows every time you create, laugh, connect with others, and allow yourself to shine. And as today's message reminds us, joy becomes even greater when it is shared.

So before this week comes to an end, ask yourself:

How do I want to be remembered?

What kind of energy do you bring into a room?

What role are you choosing to play?

And are those choices aligned with the person you truly want to become?

Choose the role consciously.

Choose it with love.

Choose it with courage.

Above all...

Choose joy.
