Move your body, calm your mind
Today asks you to come out of your head and back into your body.
The 5 energy brings movement, change, freedom, communication, and mental activity. It can feel exciting, creative, and full of possibilities.
But there is also a shadow side.
Too much mental activity can make you feel scattered.
Thinking.
Overthinking.
Talking.
Processing.
Trying to figure everything out.
And before you know it, you feel like what I sometimes call a walking head.
Just thoughts… without connection to the body.
But you are not just a mind.
You have a whole beautiful body.
A body that carries your wisdom.
A body that constantly speaks to you.
A body that deserves your attention too.
Today’s invitation is simple:
Move. Breathe. Feel.
Go outside.
Take a walk.
Stretch.
Dance.
Take a shower and let the water wash away the mental noise.
Movement helps energy flow.
And when the body relaxes, the mind often follows.
The supportive 7 energy asks you to listen inward, while the overall 9 can create inner pressure or emotional intensity. That means staying in your head today can easily create overwhelm.
The medicine is grounding.
The key to success today is not doing more.
It is doing less, but more consciously.
Slow down enough to notice:
What is my body trying to tell me?
Where am I carrying tension?
What do I need right now?
Trust what you feel.
When your mind becomes quieter, your inner wisdom becomes louder.
And that wisdom has been there all along.
