Today invites you to become very aware of the energy behind your words.

The shadow to watch today is negative self-talk, people pleasing, or staying silent because you doubt yourself.
Catch yourself when your words become heavy, critical, or limiting.
Then consciously shift.
Speak something uplifting.
Speak something loving.
Speak something true.
Today is a beautiful day to practice the positive mind.
Not fake positivity.
Not bypassing reality.
But choosing to see possibility.
