Slow down to move forward

Today invites you to slow down and reconnect with your own rhythm.

Where did I rush?
Where did I skip a step?
And what did that cost me?

Sometimes we move so fast that we forget life is not a race.

We rush to finish.

And before we know it, stress enters the system.

The shadow of today is exactly that: forcing, pushing, rushing, and expecting immediate results.
