This week brings the supportive energy of 7 and the overall energy of 9.

The 7 is the platform of elevation.

It invites us to look higher, to become conscious of the thoughts we are giving our attention to, and to notice which thoughts support us and which ones keep us stuck.

Imagine you are climbing a mountain with a backpack.

Some things inside are essential.

Some things helped you once.

And some things you have been carrying for so long that you no longer remember why they are there.

As you climb higher, you begin to feel what is weighing you down.

This week invites you to notice what you are carrying that may no longer be helping you rise.

Ask yourself:

What am I carrying here?

Maybe it is an old thought.

An expectation.

A story you keep repeating.

Or something that has already reached completion.

You don't have to fight it.

You don't have to analyse it endlessly.

You can simply recognise:

This is not helping me rise.

And let it go.

🌿 ELEVATE YOUR THOUGHTS

Your thoughts can become the platform from which you elevate yourself — or the place where you keep yourself stuck.

So notice what you are giving your attention to.

What brings you energy?

What brings you joy?

What inspires you?

What creates space?

The overall energy of 9 reminds us that completion and release are part of moving forward.

When something is complete, allow it to be complete.

Don't keep carrying what you are ready to leave behind.
