💫 November Practice — Align with Love and Light

This month, the energy invites us to step into alignment and compassion — not just in what we do, but in how we show up.
November brings the vibration of 11 and 2 in Akara Numerology — the energies of truth, sensitivity, and divine connection.

That means life may feel more emotional or relational this month. You might be asked to re-evaluate boundaries, release old patterns, and choose love over reaction.
To support you in that, I created a simple November Practice — inspired by Kundalini Yoga and Akara Numerology — that anyone can do.

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. Just open-hearted. 🌸


🕉️ 1. The Mantra — “Ek Ong Kaar Sat Gur Prasaad”

This ancient mantra means:

There is One Creator of this creation. Truth is the gift of the Divine Guru.

It’s known as the Magic Mantra, because it realigns the mind with truth and grace. When thoughts feel divided or confusing (and they often do in this 2-energy month!), this sound current helps restore peace.

💫 How to practice:

  • Sit comfortably with a straight spine.

  • Place your hands gently on your knees, palms up.

  • Close your eyes and chant slowly:
    Ek Ong Kaar Sat Gur Prasaad, Sat Gur Prasaad Ek Ong Kaar

  • Continue for 11 minutes — or start with just 3.

  • End by sitting in silence for one minute and notice the calm inside you.

You don’t have to be a singer. The mantra works through vibration. Your voice becomes a bridge between the mind and the heart.

In Kundalini Yoga, a kriya is a set of movements, breath patterns, and focus points designed to shift your energy.

When life feels heavy or relationships complicated, this practice brings you back to center.

Try repeating it in the morning while brushing your teeth, during a walk, or before bed.
Let it become the rhythm that guides your month.

This is a month to simplify and shine.
The 11 energy wants alignment, not overload.

Practical ways to support your energy:
1️⃣ Wake up a little earlier — even 10 quiet minutes before sunrise can shift your day.
2️⃣ Drink more water and less caffeine. Your nervous system will thank you.
3️⃣ Declutter your space — light clears energy.
4️⃣ Spend time near water or in silence. It calms the emotional 2 energy.
5️⃣ Wear light colors — especially white or beige — to strengthen your aura.
