And what takes it away?

But today is a reminder:

YOU ARE POWERFUL.

When you feel your energy dropping, come back to your breath.

Breathe.

Feel yourself.

Reconnect with the power within you.

Whatever is taking your energy away, you are allowed to let it go — not from anger or resistance, but from love and from your light.

You don't have to keep carrying something simply because you have carried it for a long time.

FORGIVE. RELEASE. RECHARGE.

Eight plus eight makes 16, bringing in the energy of forgiveness and kindness.

Forgive others.

Forgive yourself.

Forgive yourself for not always having the energy.

Be sweet to yourself.

You don't have to choose between being powerful and being soft.

You can be strong and vulnerable.

You can have boundaries and an open heart.

And just like your phone needs to recharge when its battery is low, you also need to refill yourself.

Rest when you are tired.

Breathe.

Meditate.

Let yourself feel.

Give yourself permission to recharge without guilt.
