Your Story This Week

You notice the blocks.

Physical blocks, creative blocks, relationship blocks, energy blocks. Things that seemed to flow last week now feel stuck or heavy. But there’s also this bubbling creative energy wanting to express itself, wanting to flow through you.

This week carries the energy of the 12 — the Good Shepherd — supported by the 14/5 — body awareness with potential blocks.

The 12 reminds you: take care of everyone, but include yourself in that “everyone.” The 14/5 reminds you: your physical body is talking to you, and there’s always a way around, over, under, or through any obstacle.

So yes — care for others. Yes — express your creativity. Yes — find your way through blocks.

But not without listening deeply to what your body needs and wants.

Remember: when there are blocks, it doesn’t mean there’s no way. Sometimes you need to go over. Sometimes under. Sometimes around. Sometimes you change direction entirely - and all of it is good.

Be very present in your body this week. Express your creativity. Let your life energy flow through you.

🌀 Kriya of the Week: Doei-Ashtapad-Jap Meditation

This powerful meditation was taught by Yogi Bhajan for clearing mental patterns and connecting to subtle awareness. It helps you cut through mental confusion and access clear discernment about what serves versus what doesn’t.

Purpose: Clear mental patterns, enhance discernment, connect to subtle awareness

Practice: Sit in Easy Pose or Lotus Pose.

  1. The hands are in Gyan Mudra; the thumb tip and forefinger are touching.

  2. Concentrate the eyes at the Brow Point.

  3. Begin long deep breathing.

  4. The mantra is Sat Naam Wahe Guru. On the inhale, mentally vibrate Sat Naam 16 times. On the exhale, vibrate Wahe Guru 16 times.
