Week 16: Protect Your Peace and Trust Your Intuition

How do you stay open-hearted without ignoring what your body already knows?

This week is about protection, intuition, and emotional safety.

Your home, your body, your breath, your nervous system, your closest relationships — all of these are speaking louder this week.

There is a strong invitation to come home to yourself.
To create more safety.
To trust what your intuition already knows.
To stop overriding the quiet voice within.

This is not the week to ignore red flags, push through tension, or stay where something doesn’t feel right just because it looks good on the outside.

Your body knows.
Your breath knows.
Your nervous system knows.

And the more you listen, the more protected, peaceful, and guided you will feel.

The deeper current this week is about healing old stress, releasing emotional residue from the past, and learning how to stay grounded in your own energy instead of getting pulled into everything around you.
