Just breathe. Gratitude for every experience—good or challenging—keeps your energy flowing and your pranic body strong. The breath in your body, the universe guiding you—it’s all just there. Be grateful for it all.

You already know. Trust your gut, realign when things feel off, and choose the path that brings genuine joy and nourishment. So many opportunities can come—but you don’t need all of them. You need the RIGHT one.

Shake it out. Release the tension, make your plan smaller, and take just one courageous step—from a place of light and love. From above, all you see is light. You are IN that light.

Feel it first. Clear boundaries create freedom—know where you put your trust, and remember: “no” is a complete sentence. The 2 is the red light that helps you cross the street safely.

Be still. Trust your intuition to guide you, enjoy the simple things, and let the people you love feel your appreciation. Sometimes it’s the small things—family dinner, being at home—that bring the most joy.

Walk it out. Spend time in nature, ask “why” until your head understands, then feel which path makes you light up—your body knows. Give yourself permission to trust the process.


Tips for the Week

This week invites you into deep spiritual practices that support both THINKING (7) and LETTING GO (9):

1: Spend Time in Nature

The 7 energy all week is asking you to get OUTSIDE. When you’re thinking too much, when you’re trying to process what’s ending, when you need clarity—go to nature.

Walk your path—literally. Notice: Which direction makes you feel excited? Which one makes you feel like you’re dragging yourself? Your body will tell you the truth your mind can’t access.

Practice: Take at least one nature walk this week with a specific question. Pay attention to your body’s response as you walk. Trust what you feel.


2: Trust Your Gut Feeling

The 9 energy says: You already know how it’s going to be. You can FEEL which opportunities align, which relationships are complete, which beliefs no longer serve you.

Your gut feeling will help you, save you, guide you. But only if you LISTEN.

Practice: Before saying yes to anything this week, pause. Close your eyes. Breathe. Imagine doing the thing. Does your body relax or tense? Does your energy expand or contract? THAT’S your answer.


Mantra of the Week: Ang Sang Wahe Guru

Translation: “The Dynamic, Creative Essence of the Infinite is Dancing within every cell and every limb of my body”

Pronunciation: Ang (rhymes with “sung”) Sung (rhymes with “sung”) Wah-hay Guru (guh-roo)

How to chant:

  • Ang Sang (quick, rhythmic)

  • Wah-hay Guru (flowing, with the “hay” almost like a gentle exhale)

What it does: This mantra reminds you that the Divine is not separate from you—it’s IN you, dancing in every cell. When you’re overthinking (7) or trying to force an ending (9), this brings you back to the truth: You are not alone. The Infinite is within you.

Practice: Chant for 3-11 minutes daily. You can use a recording, or chant it yourself. Let it become your background music as you move through the week.

Kriya of the Week: Finger-Mudra Concentration Meditation

What you’ll learn

This week I invite you to listen to the lecture by Yogi Bhajan, System of Happiness – Library of Teachings (Stockholm, 1986), and do the practices he shared during this class, which I took out for you.

  • Brings knowledge (Jupiter), patience (Saturn), and life-force/excellence (Sun) into balance

  • Re-patterns your neurons so concentration becomes natural

  • Breaks patterns of self-cheating, deceit, manipulation, treachery, and self-betrayal

  • Strengthens intellect + patience + radiance as ONE current

Why this week: The 7 needs mental clarity. The 9 needs trust in the process. This meditation gives you BOTH—a concentrated mind AND the patience to let things complete in their own time.


How to Practice

Posture:

  • Sit on a chair with both feet flat on the floor, equal weight on both legs

  • Spine straight and neutral

Mudra (hand position):

  1. Join your little fingers (pinky tips touching)

  2. Join your thumbs (thumb tips touching)

  3. Keep the other three fingers (Jupiter/index, Saturn/middle, Sun/ring) straight and fully extended, slightly spread

  4. Hold your hands comfortably in front of your chest or diaphragm, at a height where you can easily see your thumb tips

The Key Instruction:

Make those three extended fingers “harder and harder and harder… as if you take a knife and you can’t cut them.”

They should feel like STEEL. Put all your mental force into that firmness.

Eyes: Open, gazing steadily at the meeting point of your thumbs. No wandering.

Breath: Natural breath through the nose. As you continue, your breath will naturally become strong and stable.

Mental Focus:

Put all your mental energy into:

  • Keeping the three extended fingers like iron

  • Maintaining the gaze at the thumb tips

What Happens:

Around the 1½–2 minute mark, resistance comes up. You’ll think: “I don’t want to do this anymore.”

THAT’S the moment. That’s where patterns of:

  • Self-destruction

  • Quitting

  • Manipulation

  • Self-betrayal

...start to surface and can be broken.

If you keep going through that moment, you change the pattern.

Time:

  • Minimum: 3 minutes with strong sincerity

  • For transformation: Practice up to 11 times per day (3 minutes each), for 40 days total

  • Advanced: Build up to 11 minutes continuous (changes you no matter “how stupid you are,” as the teaching says)

To End:

  1. Inhale deeply

  2. Tighten/harden the fingers even MORE for a few seconds

  3. Exhale and relax the hands completely


Optional Extension: Sat Nam Mantra (Tongue + Sound)

After the 3-minute finger mudra, you can add:

  1. Relax hands on thighs

  2. Close eyes, focus at third eye

  3. Inhale deeply

  4. On one long exhalation, chant: Saaaaat Naam (long “Sat,” short “Nam”)

  5. Repeat for 3 minutes (long, slow repetitions)

What this creates:

  • 3 minutes Mudra of Intuition-Patience-Radiance

  • 3 minutes Sat Nam (tongue striking upper palate, grounding)

  • Do this cycle up to 11 times daily for 40 days = complete reset (”put all negative to a plus”)


Supporting Practice: Navel-Point Breath (for the 3 energy)

When you need to balance your aura or release overwhelm:

  1. Lie on your back, body relaxed, legs slightly apart

  2. Bring attention to your navel point (third chakra, Manipura)

  3. Breathe long and deep through the nose—feel the NAVEL rise and fall

  4. The movement originates from the navel, not the upper chest

  5. Continue for 11-31 minutes

What it does: Balances your aura, releases tension, resets your entire system through “the city of totality” (the navel/third chakra). There’s no danger in becoming “too relaxed” or “too wise”—the danger is in foolishness, not balance.

 


Why Week 8 Matters in 2026 (Living the 8-10 Year)

We’re in an 8-10 year cycle—the pranic (8) and radiance body (10). Fearlessness meets visibility. Energy management meets all-or-nothing power.

Week 8 gives you the 7-9 combination: elevation and completion. This is your PAUSE POINT in the intensity.

Here’s what most people miss about 8-10 years: You can’t sustain fearless radiance without letting things go. You can’t shine brightly while carrying everything. You can’t manage energy you’re not willing to release.

The number 7 this week is your thinking space—your chance to get clear about what’s ending and WHY. To spend time in nature and ask the hard questions. To elevate your perspective so you can see the bigger picture.

The number 9 is your release valve—your permission to LET GO. Of what no longer serves. Of beliefs that are outdated. Of relationships that are complete. Of identities you’ve outgrown.

Without a pause, you’ll feel EXHAUSTING. You’re trying to be fearless while carrying fear. You’re trying to radiate while dimming yourself to accommodate what no longer fits.

But WITH this pause? Everything changes. You think it through. You trust your gut. You spend time in nature. You LET GO.

And suddenly, you have SPACE. Clarity. FOCUS.

That’s what creates sustainable radiance in an 8-10 year. Not more hustle. Not more intensity. But more CLARITY about what’s actually yours—and the courage to release what isn’t.

The more you let go, the more you elevate. The more clarity you have, the more space you create. The more space you have, the more YOU you become. The more YOU you become, the more your light shines.
