A Prayer for March 2026 On Creativity, Courage, and the Fire Within

A Prayer for March 2026 On Creativity, Courage, and the Fire Within

A Prayer for March 2026 On Creativity, Courage, and the Fire Within

March does not ask us to be still. It asks us to create.

We are entering a month where the fire wants to move — through our hands, our voices, our cooking, our art, our daily acts of care. The positive mind is awake. Ideas are multiplying. The navel center is calling us home.

And the invitation is this:

Choose one flame. Tend it with your whole heart. Let it light everything else.

May I Trust the Fire Within Me

May I remember that creativity is not a luxury — it is my nature.

This month, the energy wants to move through me. It wants to express, to nurture, to scatter seeds and build something real. This is the gift of the three — the nurturer, the mother, the one whose table is always full.

But May I not forget: I am also at that table. I am also part of everyone I care for.

The fire in me is not a problem to manage. It is a gift to the world.

An Anecdote: The One Who Had a Thousand Ideas

I once sat with someone who had more ideas than hours in the day. She was lit up, inspired, overflowing — and utterly exhausted.

She had said yes to everything. Started ten things. Finished none. And somewhere beneath the busyness, she had lost the thread of herself.

When I asked her: Which one makes your navel say yes?

She went quiet.

Then slowly, she smiled.

She already knew. She had always known. She just needed permission to choose one — and let the rest wait.

That is the medicine of March. Not more. Not all. The one thing. Fully. Step by step.

May I Come Back to My Center

May I return to my navel when the emotions rise — and they will rise.

The same fire that fuels my creativity also fuels my feelings. Joy can surge suddenly. Frustration can flare from nowhere. And the inner critic can be cruel when the three falls into shadow.

When I catch myself in the drama — and I will catch myself — may I laugh first.

Not at others. At myself. At the beautiful, ridiculous seriousness of my own performance.

Humor is the fastest way back to the positive polarity. Breath is the door back to myself.

May I breathe. May I laugh. May I come home.

May I Speak Only What I Want to Grow

May I remember that my words this month are seeds.

What I speak — about myself, about my work, about those I love — begins to take root. The 13 does not forget. What I promise, I carry. What I plant, I tend.

So may I speak with care. May I make no promise I cannot keep. May I keep the small ones — especially to myself.

And may I cut everything into pieces. Not the whole staircase. Just the next step. That is not limitation. That is how something real is built.

May I Honor My Body as the Temple of This Fire

May I nourish what carries me.

The three lives in my digestive system, my liver, my navel center. What I eat, what I watch, what I listen to, who I surround myself with — it all matters this month. It all becomes the fire I burn.

May I be selective. May I digest what is mine and release what is not. May I breathe deeply, exhale fully, and let go on every out-breath.

The pranic body is my gift this month. The breath is always available. Fearlessness is not the absence of fear — it is continuing to breathe through it.

A Prayer for March 2026

🙏*********🙏

May you find your one flame this month.

May you tend it with joy and patience, step by step.

May you include yourself in everyone you care for.

May you laugh when the drama rises — and return to your center with grace.

May your words be seeds of what you truly want to grow.

May you breathe, deeply and freely, and let the pranic body carry you.

May you trust your inner knowing. It already has the answer.

May you remember: you are the warrior and the nurturer. What challenges you transforms you. What you complete frees you.

You are infinite. You are aligned. You are enough.

Let the fire burn clean.

Sat Nam.

🙏*********🙏

This prayer is not something to recite once and forget. It is something to live into, breath by breath, step by step.

March does not ask you to do everything. It asks you to do the one thing — fully, joyfully, with your whole heart.

Not the whole staircase. Just the next step.

That is enough. That is everything.

Sat Nam.
