Honesty Isn’t Optional — It’s the Foundation of Real Leadership

Real leadership starts with honesty.
Not just honesty with others—but honesty with yourself.

According to the science of Akara Numerology, June is ruled by the number 6—the number of the arc line, protection, family, and integrity. It asks us to lead from truth, or not lead at all.

This month, you may feel pressure to “perform,” to “prove,” to “show up strong.” But the energy of June is quietly asking:

• Is your leadership honest?

• Do your actions align with your inner knowing?

• Are you trying to control—when you’re actually feeling unsafe?

The 13/4 heart number of this month shows us that truth-telling can feel like a risk—but it’s the only way to liberation.

Because when you lead from falsehood—even unintentionally—you create energetic fractures. Teams lose trust. Projects stall. You get tired from holding up the image.

You don’t need to have all the answers.
You just need to be in alignment with the ones you do carry.
