Meditation to Move from Individuality to Totality

This meditation bridges the small self and the greater field of consciousness

Posture: Easy Pose. Spine straight. Gyan Mudra beside the face. Eyes closed.

Breath: Inhale through the mouth. Exhale through the nose. Long and equal.

Mantra: Har Har Har Har Gobinday… (breathe in rhythm with the music)

This mantra strengthens projection and protection. It aligns individuality with totality.
