🔥 1. Nabhi Kriya – Strengthen Your Core, Strengthen Your Willpower
March is a time to step into your personal power, and the navel center (third chakra) is key to inner strength, digestion, and self-trust.
✔ Why? A weak navel center leads to indecision, self-doubt, and scattered energy, while a strong core gives you confidence, discipline, and emotional balance.
✔ Practice: Nabhi Kriya (a series of core-strengthening exercises) awakens energy in the navel center, helping you take bold action without hesitation.
✔ How? Practice daily or join the morning sadhana at 5:30 AM CET where we incorporate this kriya.

✔ How? Practice for 11 minutes daily: Sit in a comfortable position, hands in Gyan Mudra, eyes closed, and mentally chant Wahe Guru on the inhale and Wahe Guru on the exhale.
