How it works

Over 22 lessons you will be guided through a complete liver and gallbladder cleanse based on the Andreas Moritz protocol — one of the most respected and widely practiced natural cleansing methods available — woven together with Kundalini Yoga practices specifically chosen to support every phase of the process.

March 16–21 — Preparation Six days of gentle preparation. Clean eating, one litre of organic apple juice daily to soften what has hardened, and Kundalini Yoga practices to begin waking up the liver and opening the body's energetic pathways.

March 21 — The Flush The evening of the March Equinox. The moment the light balances. Your body will be ready. You will be guided through every step of the flush itself — olive oil, grapefruit, Epsom salts — with full support.

March 22 onwards — Integration Rest, nourishment, and practices to help you land in the new. This phase matters as much as the cleanse itself.

Sat Kirtan is a Kundalini Yoga teacher, Akara Numerology practitioner, and co-founder of the Academy of Akara Numerology. She guides only what she has lived personally — this cleanse included. She will walk beside you through every step of the protocol and hold the space for your journey.

Adi Nampreet Kaur is a certified KRI Kundalini Yoga teacher, mentor, and founder of Adi Nampreet Yoga, joining us from Australia as a creative facilitator at Learn From a Yogi. She guides students through transformative practices that weave together movement, mantra, meditation, and creative expression. Known for her warm presence and intuitive teaching style, Adi Nampreet creates spaces where people reconnect with their inner wisdom and embody their highest potential. She will teach the kriyas and meditations woven throughout this program.
