JULY NUMEROLOGY FORECAST by Nam Hari Khalsa

We are now shifting into a softer moment, allowing us to establish a renewed sense of balance.
The ease and flow of July’s number 7 is within reach, and catching it for all it’s worth is your way to a new beginning. Seven is the domain of the Water Element, so all activities that are near, upon, or soaking in water will allow you to rest and rejuvenate.
Camping for a few days by a lake or mountain stream will bless your electro-magnetic field with a clarity that few other activities can accomplish.
The keynote theme of July is, “Rest, Relax, Rejuvenate.”
Number 7 on a physiological level is the blood and the lymphatic system, and the lymphatic system is part of how your body cleanses itself.
Lean into cleansing beverages like homemade lemonade sweetened with maple syrup or organic honey, as lemons help your liver to detox. It can also reduce sugar cravings.
A “cranky liver” will push you towards eating junk food as an antidote to a bad mood, while the homemade lemonade will act as a deterrent to reckless overeating.
Dandelion Root tea is a powerful liver cleanser, and Burdock root tea is known to help purify the blood. Steamed kale is nutrient rich, and has inherent cleansing properties in it. Red radishes thinly sliced into a salad will also help purify the blood, along with minced cilantro and a dash of red onion.
Now is the time to simplify-clear-cleanup your diet, as your physical body needs an upgrade to traverse the remainder of the year. The small sacrifice of steering clear of the donuts and cookies will payoff in great rewards, as a resilient immune system is your best comrade in arms.
Other aspects of the number 7 are the aura, trust, elevation, inner-knowing, study, music and singing, as well as the ability to wait for the right moment before acting.
We are in highly impulsive and reactive times, so July is your time to consider-wait-reassess, and have all the information before making important decisions.
The best time to lock in important decisions is towards the end of the month. Information, and new information, will be coming through in waves as the month progresses, so don’t make a snap decision that you may have to change later.
July is a time of deeply processing the past six months, and one of the keynote themes you will be encountering is, “Who can I trust, and who can no longer be trusted?”
This is a really huge issue now for people, and you need to allow yourself moments for deep reflection in order to adequately decide this.
A popular expression is, “When someone shows you who they really are, believe them the first time.” We can all likely look over our shoulder and see how paying mind to this would have saved ourselves a lot of heartache and grief.
Part of the gift of July is that it offers us a reset-and-get-it-right opportunity. Use this time to your great advantage, as you will need to have your ducks in a row before the mighty month of August rolls around.
Next month is powerhouse of double 8’s, along with double 9’s in the sublayer calculations. Eight is the Air Element, creating a lot of wind events that will have people scrambling in certain geographies. Number 9 is the most intense number, adding fuel to the fire (literally) throughout the world.
So, use this present time of July to your best advantage for healing, cleansing, and cutting off the dead wood of cumbersome entanglements.
Any kind of relationship will have its ups and downs; just be sure to check the balance sheet of your emotional well-being as you decide how to keep your house in order.
Energy leaks can create health issues over time, and no one can afford to compromise their health these days. Going down with the ship is not an act of loyalty, it is a foolish gesture against your personal code of higher ethics.
Shakespeare said, “To thine own self be true,” and wiser words could not be said in these times. One of the reasons to focus on physical cleansing now is that when the number 7 goes negative it will bring up strong feelings of resentment.
Throughout this year, or previously, you may have experienced an intense let down or fallout with someone, and now the ghostly feelings of the past are coming back to haunt you.
Such as, “How could he be so insensitive, I really trusted him?” Or, “She promised me she
would take care of it, and then she backed out at the last minute and everything fell to pieces!”
These are strong and valid feelings, however, the bitterness of these emotions will poison your blood.
The Bach Flower essences can be helpful, and Willow is said to help relieve feelings of
bitterness. Olive helps to relieve feelings of exhaustion and fatigue, while Larch is said to restore self- confidence.
These remedies work on a subtle emotional level, and are helpful in a wide spectrum approach to healing.
Seven being the Water Element, moving the water in your body is important. This can best be achieved through intense sweating by hiking, cycling, swimming, and especially through a dry sauna.
You can sweat out sheets of toxins from the body through the dry heat of a good sauna.
Bring your spring water, and add in the Bach Flower essences to help with the deep emotional cleansing. Then, have your healthy organic salad to replenish yourself!
On a personal note, I never recommend anything that I haven’t practiced myself. Tucked away in the mountains of Santa Fe is a Japanese health spa called Ten Thousand Waves.
It is one of the joys of my life to reserve a private tub and sauna, and sit in that sauna till I am red in the face. They have the “real deal” old style saunas where you can pour water over the hot stones to create steam.
No toxin can stand against this, and you feel as if you are walking on air afterwards.
Okay, so now, where’s the meditation and the movie?
The “Meditation to Act, Don’t React” is your new best friend for the month of July.
How often in life do we lose ourselves and our precious energy through reaction? What would life be like if we could catch ourselves just in time, before the emotional avalanche sweeps us down a mountain of grinding and grumbling emotions?
Well, you can know what that high and lofty feeling is like when you practice this powerful
pranayama.
Your life force will steadily come under your own command, and you will no longer fall prey to the hooks and snares of other’s shady or luring intentions.
You rock!
Now, on to our movie recommendation, which is the 1983 film “Heart Like a Wheel.” Based on a true story, it stars as Shirley Muldowney, a young woman with dreams of
becoming a professional race car driver back in the 1960’s. Yes, totally unheard of at that time, as it was entirely a man’s world.
Through skill and perseverance she forges a near impossible trail through the jungle of “good ol’ boy” hierarchy to ultimately win a racing car World Championship.
This movie is family friendly, and will leave you with a sense of “All things are possible.”
Extra Bonus: It is free to watch on Youtube and we just love free!
Turn the lamp light down low and rest, relax, rejuvenate. There is an element of oasis in this month, and we need to soak it up for all it’s worth.
Balance and equilibrium are essential components to maintaining well-being, so gift yourself with an oasis of self-nurturing and good cheer.
May the radiance of your Soul be enhanced by the soft whispers of encouragement the Heavenly Heralds are sending at this time.
May the gentle knowing that you are being guided by the Saints who have prayed for this moment of victory for you, are now holding your hand in loving support.
Peace to All, Light to All, Love to All.
